Applicant shall provide to the Executive Director a description of <br />the location of each generator, with reference to roads, buildings, <br />or other physical landmarks, Changes in location or number of <br />generators must be approved by the DNR. <br /> <br />7. 'Applicant shall provide InformatIon on location, rates, and the tIme <br />of seedIng by phoning the desIgnated representatIves of the DNR <br />prIor to seedIng. <br /> <br />8, ApplIcant shall suspend seeding If snow water content at selected <br />snow courses (IdentIfIed by the DNR and the applIcant) reaches une <br />or more of the following: <br /> <br />a, 150% of the November average during November; <br /> <br />b. 150% of the December average durIng December; <br /> <br />c, 150% of the January average during January; <br /> <br />d, 140% of the February average during February; <br /> <br />e, 135% of the March average durIng March, <br /> <br />The above percentages will be calculated by averaging snow water <br />content (measured by the Soil Conservation Service Snow Survey Unit) <br />at representative snow courses and SNOTELs in the project area. <br /> <br />9, Applicant shall suspend seedIng operations If: <br /> <br />a, A winter storm warning (10 inches of snow in 24 hours or 8 <br />Inches of snow in 12 hours) for the project area Is issued by <br />the NatIonal Weather ServIce; <br /> <br />b, The Colorado Avalanche InformatIon Center (CAlC) Issues an <br />avalanche warning for the project area; <br /> <br />c, The Executive DIrector orders that seeding be suspended, <br /> <br />10, ApplIcant shall consult with the CAlC before seeding and inform the <br />Colorado State Highway Patrol (Denver Dispatch Office) when seeding. <br />
