13, Applicant shall participate with the Citizen Advisory Council
establIshed by the-DNR a~cordlng to the followIng:

A local 'CitIzen AdvIsory CouncIl will be formed to
perIodIcally revIew and gIve advIce on aspects of
the operatIon, At least one member of the CouncIl
,wIll be from Lake County, PartIcIpatIon by people
~with a range of vIews on cloud seedIng and people
'livIng both wIthIn and outsIde the target areas wIll
be encouraged, CItIzens Interested In partIcIpatIng
should wrIte to the DIrector and IndIcate theIr
background and reasons for wanting to partIcIpate.

14,' Applicant agrees to meet with representatives of the U,S, Forest
Service and the Colorado DIvIsion of WildlIfe to attempt to Identify
problems and issues related to wIldlife and Increases In snowfall,
and to provIde additional Information about seeding procedures and
expected effects,

15, The State reserves the right to audit the books and records of the
Applicant for a period of two years after the termInatIon date of
this permit,

16, If the operation Is projected to impact a neighboring State, the
Applicant shall submit prior notice of seeding to the Governor's
Office of the Impacted State and submIt wrItten confIrmatIon of the
notIce to the ExecutIve DIrector.

17, Except as modifIed by the Terms And CondItIons hereIn, the Applicant
shall strIctly conform to the operatIonal plan as set forth In hIs
applIcatIon.

18, ViolatIon of or devIation from the Terms and ConditIons of thIs
permIt may result In revocatIon or suspension of the permIt as
provIded by law,
