The project <br />incorporates the use of an 8-foot high inflatable weir capable of developing backwater upstream to <br />the existing headgate. The Routt County office of the Natural Resources Conservation Service <br />prepared the project design. Project construction commenced August 25 by Wagner Construction <br />Company of Craig, Colorado.
