A list of publications relating to the Rio Grande Basin <br />which are conta ined in the LRCWE 1 ibrary will be prepared. <br />A computerized 1 iterature search will be performed to <br />identify reports not found in the LRCWE 1 ibrary. This <br />list will be made available to the USBR. <br />2. Diversion and storage records to be summarized by the <br />USBR in Task Ic(4) will be spot checked against records <br />from the State Engineers Office and will be transferred <br />to the LRCWE computer system. <br />3. The U.S.G.S. WATSTORE system will be used to efficiently <br />transfer streamflow gaging records to the LRCWE computer <br />system for use in this study (additional records to <br />those collected for Task Ia). <br />4. The 1984 State Engineers' tabulations of water rights <br />(currently at LRCWE offices) for the Rio Grande Basin <br />will be reviewed. A computerized listing of the Rio <br />Grande mainstem water rights will be transferred from <br />the State's computer and placed in a data base for} <br />selective searching and sorting. <br />5. C1 imato1ogica1 (temperature and precipitation) records <br />will be collected for use in consumptive use calculations. <br />6. The LRCWE library has most of the annual reports of the <br />Rio Grande Compact Commission. The most recent reports <br />will be obtained to complete the period of record. <br />7. Existing information on groundwater use in the Rio <br />Grande Basin related to the State Engineer's recent <br />groundwater model ing effort will be collected. <br />8. Assist the USBR in their acquisition and review of <br />previous studies made in the basin (Task Ie). Results <br />of the USBR's reviews will be reviewed by LRCWE staff. <br />9.
