When the well owner has used the 100 acre-feet, they will either have to cease pumping or purchase additional replacement water from AGUA for release to the stream. AGUA has indicated that they will notify the Division Engineer's Office if a member well has exceeded their pumping allocation and must cease pumping. In general, AGUA should have sufficient existing replacement water available to allow additional pumping by the well or wells in question.
