<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />4. 1997 Pumping Estimates <br /> <br />Appendix B contains a detailed listing of the wells included in this plan including the <br />Structure!D, the owner, decree and permit information, location, type of use, projected 1997 <br />pumping, depletion percentage, total depletion, ditch assignment, applicable rule, affected reaches, <br />and estimated plan year and post plan year replacement requirements. Wells listed in Appendix B <br />are grouped by ditch assignment. <br /> <br />Pumping estimates for 1997, or "1997 Order" as shown in Appendix B, were provided by <br /> <br /> <br />each well owner. Estimates range from I acre-foot to 1,200 acre-feet per well or group of wells <br /> <br /> <br />under a single owner. Where one owner has multiple wells included in the plan, the estimated <br /> <br /> <br />pumping for 1997 may be consolidated on one well or may be split among some or all of the wells <br /> <br /> <br />included in the plan. An exception occurs when the wells owned are on different farms in which <br /> <br /> <br />case the orders are for each individual well. <br /> <br />For this plan, the annual pumping estimates provided by the AGUA members are used to <br />calculate wellhead depletions. Owners who have provided estimates smaller than actual pumping <br />during the 1996 plan year will be contacted to verify or revise the estimate provided. The total <br />estimated pumping for 1997 for all of the wells included in this plan is 18,688 acre-feet.
