Entered into among Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and the United States to <br />divide the waters ofthe Republican River and its tributaries. If the computed <br />virgin flow varies more than 10% from the average, the allocations are <br />adjusted proportionately. <br /> <br />2. Colorado is allocated 54,100 acre-feet annually based on the virgin flow from <br />the following streams and in the following amounts: <br /> <br />North Fork of the Republican River: <br />Arikaree River: <br />South Fork ofthe Republican River: <br />Beaver Creek: <br />Frenchman Creek: <br />Red Willow Creek: <br /> <br />10,000 AF <br />15,400 AF <br />25,400 AF <br />3,300 AF <br />the entire flow in Colorado <br />the entire flow in Colorado <br /> <br />Costilla Creek Compact (1963): C.R.S. 99 37-68-101, -102. <br /> <br />1. Apportions the waters of Costilla Creek (a tributary of the Rio Grande) <br />between Colorado and New Mexico. <br /> <br />2. Delivery of waters is determined by a table of water rights combining the <br />priority dates of water rights both in New Mexico and in Colorado. <br /> <br />3. Administered by the Costilla Compact Commission; both states share costs. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Arkansas River Compact (1948): C.R.S. 937-69-101, et seq. <br /> <br />I. Entered into among Colorado, Kansas, and the United States. <br /> <br />2.
