During the summer storage season, water in storage may be released upon <br />demand by Colorado and Kansas concurrently or separately in amounts <br />dependent upon the magnitude of the storage. Only 29,500 AF <br />may be used within the drainage basin of the Laramie River and 19,875 AF <br />can be diverted for use outside the Laramie River Basin. <br /> <br />2. Wyoming users have the right to divert and use all remaining water in the <br />Laramie River and its tributaries after Colorado's diversions. <br /> <br />L. <br /> <br />Colorado v.
