The breach <br />resulting from the May 1998 failure in a portion of the embankment will be filled. the dam crest will be <br />reshaped and the dO\lll1stream slope will be reduced to 2.5 to 1.0 by placing a considerable amount of fill <br />material on the downstream face of the dam.
