<br />~ <br /> <br />It is the conclusion of the staff that this project is viable and <br />should be constructed. It appears that considerable federal funds can <br />be secured and that the individual farmers will also participate finan- <br />cially in the total project cost. The project costs from the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board construction fund would amount to $341.300. <br />Charges for the use of the facilities constructed by the board would be <br />an estimated $17.413 annually for a period of thirty years" <br />It is therefore recommended that the project be recommended for <br />construction as priority number two. and thus submitted to the Colorado <br />General Assembly during the 1976 session. <br /> <br />FLS:mm <br /> <br />-4- <br />
