NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE KEN-CARYL RANCH WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT, JEFFERSON,
COUNTY, COLORADO, THAT:

Section 1. The final draft of the Water Conservation Plan
as presented at the regular Board of Directors meeting on August
20, 1998, is adopted by the District as its Water Conservation
Plan pursuant to the requirements of ~37-60-126 of the Colorado
Revised Statutes. The District Manager is authorized to forward
the completed plan to the Colorado Water Conservation Board for
review and final approval:
