GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The Wheat Ridge Water District is a Quasi-municipal entity within
the City of Wheat Ridge; therefore the ordinances and codes passed
by the city Council that relate to water conservation and wise '.
water use are reviewed and adopted by the Board of Directors.

The goals and objectives as listed in the preface of the
Conservation Master Plan of the Denver Water Department also
represent the goals of the Wheat Ridge Water District.

In those areas of mutual endeavor we also cooperate with the Denver
Water Department to achieve maximum results.

Our objective is to maintain a top quality distribution system, be
conservation minded at all times, and to provide the best possible
water service, at a competitive price, to our customers.
