IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br /> <br />The implementation of the system wide leak detection plan will <br />begin after the ongoing research is complete on the best equipment <br />available for use in a small system environment. <br /> <br />The equipment will be budgeted for and purchased in 1997, testing <br />will begin in the spring of 1997. <br /> <br />Discussions are underway with the City of Wheat Ridge, Parks and <br />Recreation Department, to identify a location for a Xeriscape <br />planting and demonstration garden within the city. Establishment of <br />this project is a priority with the Wheat Ridge Water District, <br />implementation, spring of 1996. <br /> <br />Establishment of a Water Conservation Library at the Wheat Ridge <br />Middle School will be pursued in the fall of 1996. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-30- <br />
