Water efficient industrial and commercial processes <br />There are presently no industrial or commercial users on the system. <br />7. Waterre-use systems <br />Water re-use is not cost effective at this time. <br /> <br />8. Water rate structures <br />The Company plans to conduct a comprehensive rate study utilizing highly qualified <br />.consultants and A WW A guidelines. <br /> <br />9. Incentive program <br />The Company wants to develop a strong relationship between water conservation and <br />economics. It is important to the Company that the customers showing a water demand <br />reduction are rewarded with lower tap fees, Thus, the Company will allow developers <br />who use less water to purchase taps at a reduced fee. The developer must show proof <br />that all fixtures are in accordance with code and are water savers. The Company will <br />inspect and approve the fixtures. Then the developer will be given a $250.00 <br />deduction in the tap fee. <br /> <br />Section 4. Public Process <br /> <br />Following is a sample notice to be used for soliciting public comment on the Company's <br />Conservation Plan: <br /> <br />Widefield Homes Water Company is considering adopting a water conservation plan. <br />You are invited to comment on the plan.
