6.1 Regulatory Measures

1. Plumbing Codes
Begining July 1, 1996 all developers are required to install all plumbing and
fixtures in accordance with El Paso County Plumbing Codes and the 1992
Energy Act.

2. Water Saving Fixtures
Begining July I, 1996, all developers are required to install the following water
saving fixtures:

a. High-efficiency low-flush toilets--1.6 gallons per flush.
b. High-efficiency low-flow faucets--2.5 gallons water per minute,
c.. High~efficien~yI9w-flow shoVllerheads--2.5 gllllons water per minute.
