The <br />licensee is only required to keep a record of all operations <br />conducted, showing the equipment, methods, types, <br />amounts, times and places of seeding agents employed. <br />Also included must be a statement as to the estimated <br />effect of the operation in relation to its intended purpose <br />and the name and address of each person participating or <br />assisting in the operation.
