<br />Upon review of irrigation plans and landscape plans the District <br />will suggest water efficient measures. The District will also <br />suggest and work with professional water auditors~ sprinkler system <br />installers, landscape architects, designers and contractors to <br />achieve a water efficient design and installation. <br /> <br />The District will maintain a list of water efficient landscape and <br />xeriscape demonstration areas, irrigation system installation and <br />landscape seminars and classes. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.30 WATER EFFICIENT INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL <br />WATER USING PROCESSES <br /> <br />The District has agreed to support the Denver Water Conservation <br />Plan with its customers. The Conservation Plan includes Non- <br />Residential Conservation Measures. <br /> <br />Crestview will make available to industrial and commercial <br />customers of the District audits by Denver Water personnel. <br /> <br />Crestview will make available to industrial and commercial <br />customers water efficient use information on cooling systems, <br />reject water, rinse water, boilers, backwash systems, chemical <br />dilution systems and building maintenance. <br /> <br />Crestview will provide low water-use landscape and efficient <br />irrigation information and assistance and encourage their use. <br /> <br />The District will provide assistance in leak detection for <br />commercial and industrial customers including usage data. <br /> <br />The District requires applicable industrial and commercial <br />customers to install and maintain backflow prevention devices. <br />Such devices must be inspected by a certified inspector at a no <br />less than annual schedule. <br /> <br />The District will provide "before" and "after" data to industrial <br />and commercial customers installing water efficient devices and <br />. _ _ _ _repC!.-i]:'inq _l~ieJ~.S_.__ _ _ __ _ _ _u _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ -- __ -- -- - - -- -- - - - -- - -- -- - - - -- - . - <br /> <br />SECTION 3.40 WATER REUSE SYSTEMS, POTABLE AND NON POTABLE <br /> <br />Potable Water. The current water service contact with Denver Water <br />specifically prohibits successive reuse of potable water provided <br />to Crestview and its customers. All dominion over the water <br />furnished reverts completely back to Denver Water upon completion <br />of primary use. Collection or redistribution of potable water for <br />resale or reuse is strictly prohibited. <br /> <br />Water conservation practices by the consumer in the home or <br />business that makes the fullest and most water efficient use of the <br />water provided that are consistent with this Plan and the Denver <br /> <br />13 <br />
