<br />SECTION 3.00 CONSERVATION PLAN MEASURES <br /> <br />SECTION 3.10 WATER EFFICIENT FIXTURES AND APPL~ANCES <br /> <br />The District has agreed to support the Denver Water Conservation <br />Plan with its customers including encouraging the public to use low <br />flow plumbing fixtures and water efficient appliances including <br />toilets, urinals, showerheads and faucets. <br /> <br />Crestview will provide customers of the District and the general <br />public information on rebates and programs available to them <br />through the Denver Water Department involving the installation <br />and/or replacement of fixtures and appliances with water efficient <br />fixtures and appliances. <br /> <br />Crestview will suggest to <br />appliances and fixtures <br />efficient. <br /> <br />customers replacement of non-conserving <br />with those that are more water use <br /> <br />Toilets using 1.6 gallons per flush or less <br />Showerheads using a maximum of 2.5 gpm. <br />Kitchen, lavatory and service faucets having a <br />maximum flow of 2.2 gpm. <br /> <br />The District will provide data and statistical information and <br />calculate potential water savings for customers interested in <br />installing water efficient fixtures and appliances. <br /> <br />Crestview will only replace fixtures and appliances of District <br />facilities with water efficient fixtures and appliances. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.20 LOW WATER-USE LANDSCAPES AND EFFICIENT IRRIGATION <br /> <br />The District will require a permit and inspection for <br />irrigation system installations within the District. <br />will be evaluated for water efficient use. <br /> <br />all proposed <br />Each system <br /> <br />The District will provide the following information during the <br />design phase of proposed irrigation systems. <br /> <br />(A) District Rules and Regulations <br />(B) Water Conservation Plan <br />(C) Fee Schedule and Permit Requirements <br />(D) Statistical Information, Flow, Pressure, <br />Meter Size, etc. <br />(E) Licensed and Bonded Contractors List <br />(F) Water Efficiency Irrigation System Information <br />(G) Low Water Usage Landscaping and Xeriscape Information <br />(H) Additional Local Contacts <br /> <br />12 <br />
