Water Conservation Plan are encouraged. Information will be made
available to District customers concerning practices and techniques
that may include secondary use of water within the home or
business.

Non Potable - The service agreement the District maintains with
Metro Wastewater Reclamation District prohibits the reuse of the
wastewater collected in the District's wastewater collection
system.

The District must keep its sewer system connected with the system
operated and maintained by Metro. The District must also deliver
and discharge into the Metro system all sewage and wastewater
originating in and collected by Crestview at designated points of
connection.

Any reuse of collected and treated wastewater of the Metro District
would require the approval of the governing body of which Crestview
has a representative.

Crestview will cooperate with Denver Water and/or Metro in system
wide reuse efforts.

SECTION 3.50 DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM LEAK REPAIR

Visible Leak Detection - It is the goal of the District to maintain
a water tight condition within the distribution system. The
District will repair all visible leaks within the distribution
system when located.

The District will respond to all reports of broken mains, leaks and
possible leaks on a 24 hour per day basis maintaining emergency
phone numbers and emergency response personnel.

The District will maintain all valves in good operating condition
to isolate broken or leaking mains and minimize water loss. Every
effort will be made to notify water users prior to isolation of a
section of the distribution system for leak repair.

. _ _ _ _ - - - _The_Dis.tz:i-Gt -w-i-1-1-ma-in~a-i-l'l-Ehe-l'leees-sa-ry-equ:i:pment-and-mat-ertals- to
repair leaks in the distribution system without delay.

Detailed records of all leak repairs will be maintained and
summarized annually for review and evaluation.

Non Visible Leak Detection - The District will closely monitor
unaccounted-for water to determine possible nonvisible leaks in the
distribution system. Upon determination of a high probability of
non visible leak(s) the most efficient and cost effective method(s)
of detection will be used to locate and repair the leak(s) .

14
