Betvveen now and October 1997, monitor water use of district landscaped <br />properties, develop a plan to re-Iandscape district properties which are not water <br />efficienct, and budget for improved conservation technologies and practices. <br /> <br />2. Develop and budget for a residential retrofit program. <br /> <br />December 1997 <br /> <br />1. The district will establish a desired bench mark for reduction in use for both single <br />family and multi-family dwellings and identify opportunities and potential savings <br />for conrnercial, institutional, and industrial users. <br /> <br />2. Share with owners of rnJlti-family rentals and townhorrelcondominium associations <br />information on ways to develop individual water use and benefit-<:ost analyses. <br /> <br />3. Share available information with public organizations in the district, landscape <br />managers, practitioners, and business owners on ways to improve water use <br />through efficient conservation technologies and practices. <br /> <br />January 1998 <br /> <br />1. Require separate irrigation meters or sub-meters in new construction on all <br />irrigated areas 2 acres or larger. <br /> <br />September 1998 <br /> <br />1.
