I am pleased to inform you that your water conservation grant application for Gilcrest Water Conservation Program was approved for partial funding totaling $16,600 on Friday, March 6, 1992, I would appreciate it if you could confirm by letter your commitment to develop your submitted project in conjunction with our grant program. Please contact Kim Hout, Office of Water Conservation Administrator, at 866-3441 by March 24 to begin the contracti'ng process, The Office of Water Conservation staff will work with you to develop the details of a project workplan and will manage your grant. Plan to schedule a meeting with staff to discuss your project and workplan in more detail. Once the workplan is complete, a contract will be initiated, The enclosed outline indicates the key elements that will be needed in the workplan, Please review this material and begin developing the details, Any planning effort that you can devote , , before meeting with staff will expedite the process.
