<br />CIRCE Operator's Manual <br />March 1994 <br />8 <br /> <br />AT'tACHMENT "A" <br /> <br />SYSTEM ~ORMATION WORKSHEET <br /> <br />System Information <br /> <br />I.Name of Entity. <br /> <br />2.Choose Baseline Year (One year that best E<xemplifies user <br />patterns within the servicE) area and which the user has good <br />data). <br /> <br />3.Choose Historical Year (approximately five years before the <br />baseline year which provide~ a period which best exemplifies the <br />expected,growth in the user's service area). <br /> <br />4.Define an "EQR" (The amo~t of water used by an average water <br />tap in the user's service area. An EQR can be expressed in <br />either acre feet or tap equivalents which denotes the user's <br />lowest common denominator for comparing usage , .e. g ~, 1/ ot acre <br />feet used/ 1/ of taps, 1/ of acre feet used/ 1/ of units served, # <br />of acrE< feet used/ # of 3/1" equivalents).
