SYSTEM ~ORMATION WORKSHEET

System Information

I.Name of Entity.

2.Choose Baseline Year (One year that best E<xemplifies user
patterns within the servicE) area and which the user has good
data).

3.Choose Historical Year (approximately five years before the
baseline year which provide~ a period which best exemplifies the
expected,growth in the user's service area).

4.Define an "EQR" (The amo~t of water used by an average water
tap in the user's service area. An EQR can be expressed in
either acre feet or tap equivalents which denotes the user's
lowest common denominator for comparing usage , .e. g ~, 1/ ot acre
feet used/ 1/ of taps, 1/ of acre feet used/ 1/ of units served, #
of acrE< feet used/ # of 3/1" equivalents). The module uses the
EQR as the basis for making projections.
