The <br />audit Involves an In-depth evaluation of both Indoors and outdoor water use, with distribution of educational <br />information and conservation plumbing devices. Aurora has imposed mandatory restrictions In 1978, 1979, and 1980. During <br />non-drought years, the Conservation Office promotes voluntary water restrictions including annual <br />publication of the every third day watering schedule. <br /> <br />Improved Weter Meesurements <br />In 1996 the Utilities Department will begin a five year meter retrofit program.
