had fInished high school and over 50 percent had 1 to 3 years of college. Over 18 percent
had completed college or post-graduate work. The percentages of those completing college
or post-graduate work is less than that of the State, Larimer County, Fort Collins or Greeley.

The average household income in 1990 was $3 ~ ,111. While that was less than the aver-
age for the State and Larimer County, it was higher ,han in either Fort Collins or Greeley,
