Service Area Characteristics

Characteristics of Loveland's service area population were collected to learn more about
the water customers served. Looking at these characteristics is important because water use is
a function of demographic, economic and climatic factors. Loveland has seen rapid growth in
recent years, Table 5 shows the population served water between 1988 and 1995 and projec-
tions until the year 2000.
