<br />J <br />\ <br /> <br />Articles in the Loveland Daily Reporter-Herald and Utility News bill insert, along with <br />announcements on KLOV radio station, the City's cable channel and the Reporter-Herald <br />Dateline Loveland page let citizens know the plan was available and announced the public <br />meeting. Two citizens and one organization provided written comments before April 30. <br /> <br />City Council Adoption <br /> <br />Before being submitted to the State, the plan had to be approved by the City Council. At <br />the June 4, 1996 City Council meeting, Councilors approved Resolution #53-96 to adopt the <br />plan. A copy of the signed resolution is on page 8. <br /> <br />Plan Revisions <br /> <br />I <br />--I <br /> <br />The plan will be reviewed annually and revised as needed. As new ideas and technolo- <br />gies are developed, new measures will be added. As existing measures have been completed <br />or are no longer viable, they will be deleted. Minor revisions of the plan will be approved by <br />the Water Board. For major changes, the plan will be open for public comment and a revised <br />resolution will be sent to City Council. <br /> <br />Annual Workplan <br /> <br />Each year, a workplan will be prepared to supplement the plan. The workplan will set <br />goals for the year, outline the plan for implementing measures and evaluate accomplishments <br />from the previous year.
