<br />Office of Water Conservation will aid in these determinations. <br /> <br />Other utility information besides water: Historical and current <br />residential utility data other than water consumption will also be used <br />to determine efficiency ratings, i.e. natural gas, or electrical <br />consumption. <br /> <br />Outline any literature or print material such as announcements, <br />surveys, or Instructions that will need to be developed. Indicate who <br />will do the writing, lay-out and printing. Also check on the time <br />Involved to produce Items so they are ready when you need them. <br /> <br />Water Newsletters - Writing and layout will be accomplished by Polly Rule <br />and Billie Scott, to be completed in house, with printing accomplished by <br />local printer with a turn around time of less than one week. Drafts of all <br />newsletters will be submitted to the Office of Water Conservation for <br />comment and approval. Copies of all final newsletters will also be sent to <br />the Office of Water Conservation. Newsletters will be sent, or made <br />available to all customers. <br />1st Newsletter - Completed by Mid-July, 1992, will contain application <br />and explanation of project. The criteria for selection of model homes <br />will be outlined as well. This newsletter will be sent as a first class <br />bulk mailing to all customers, per our Utility Billing addressing <br />program. This program makes mailing labels for all accounts, <br />owners and residents. This newsletter will let residents know how to <br />obtain subsequent newsletters as well. <br /> <br />2nd Newsletter - Completed by the first of November, 1992, will <br />contain participants selected, and a summary of background <br />information on each. Any measures implemented and preliminary <br />data will be discussed. Photographs of landscapes prior to alteration <br />will be published. Other issues to be included in this newsletter will <br />be water conservation related events and articles. These newsletters <br />will be sent through the Wednesday Douglas County NewsPress <br />newspaper as a stuffer, which are delivered automatically to all <br />residents free of charge to the residents. The NewsPress will insert <br />the newsletters in all papers distributed in the Castle Rock area. <br />Copies will also be available at Town Hall, and all sponsor locations. <br /> <br />3rd Newsletter - Completed in June of 1993, will identify water usage <br />figures, along with photographs of completed landscapes with the <br />reasoning behind the designs used. Distribution of these newsletters <br />will be accomplished in the same fashion as the second newsletter. <br /> <br />4th Newsletter - Completed by the end of October, 1993, will identify <br />
