Woodman, Woodman Bros., Inc. - Plant Material, <br />and installation <br />Bill Moore Jr., Moore Lumber and Hardware, Inc.- Hardware <br />Supplies <br />Carole Murray, Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce - <br />Advertisement and labor support <br /> <br />Make certain adequate research Is conducted to determine the type <br />of devices, equipment or professional services to use In your project. <br /> <br />Preliminary research to be completed in-house, professional services <br />supplied by sponsorship, and the Office of Water Conservation. <br /> <br />On-going research and development to be completed by sub-committee <br />and Billie Scott, with soils research to be investigated by Tim White, and <br />consulting personnel. <br /> <br />Incentive Credit Plan - Development by sub-committee and Billie Scott. <br />Development of efficiency ratings for each device will be assisted and <br />reviewed by the Office of Water Conservation. <br /> <br />IV. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION <br /> <br />Clearly Identify the process or method you will use to distribute <br />literature or Install devices and equipment. <br /> <br />Newsletters and applications will be bulk mailed through the U.S. Postal <br />Service and as stuffers in the local paper, and will also be available at Town <br />Hall, and various sponsor locations. A copy of the application will be <br />published in the local paper. Organization of distribution to be coordinated <br />by sub-committee members AI Wonstolen and Polly Rule. <br /> <br />If construction Is part of your project, make sure you Include adequate <br />time for the bidding process In your project tlmellne. <br /> <br />Acquisition of construction and labor has been accomplished through <br />sponsorship, with time lines that meet the need of the program and the <br />schedule of the sponsors involved. <br /> <br />We must take adequate time to work with homeowners to ensure that the <br />landscape design presented is acceptable and accommodates both the <br />needs of the homeowner and requirements of the project. <br />
