We are adding customers <br /> <br />every week, We estimate about 150 new customers per year for the next four <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />years. We will be approaching build-out by the year 2000 A.D, <br />10. Water rates and changes <br /> <br />A, Tap charges - 3/4" residence - $1750, <br /> <br /> <br />B. Flat rate per month - $12,00 per month. <br /> <br /> <br />c., Metered rates - $5.00 for 1st 7,500 gal,/month. <br /> <br /> <br />$1.10 for each additional 1000 gals. <br /> <br /> <br />D, At this time, we have the lowest rates of any entity in the Fountain <br /> <br />Valley. <br />11, Flat rate customers <br /> <br /> <br />A. On July 1st, 1990 Security had 2,487 unmetered customers, <br /> <br /> <br />B, On January 1st, 1996 we have 1,805 unmetered customers. <br /> <br /> <br />e, By year 2000 A.D, we plan to convert another 561 unmetered to metered. <br /> <br />D. Of course, by year 2010 we will be all metered, Ref. HB 90-1106. <br />12., Meters !equired to be installed: <br /> <br />A, Since 1967 Security has required that all new construction be metered, <br /> <br />B. When properties change ownership, <br /> <br />C. When properties receive Violation Tickets,for wasting water, <br /> <br />D. When unmetered properties consistently are disconnected because of <br /> <br />~nppid, ~ater _~i~ls, <br />13, Lawn irrigation: <br /> <br />A, No irrigation is allowed at night by residential customers. <br /> <br />B. Non metered residences are only allowed to irrigate every other day. <br /> <br />Even numbered houses on even numbered days, and odd numbered on odd <br /> <br />numbered days. <br /> <br />e, Commercial customers only ir~igate at night, <br /> <br />) 14. Security Water District has no responsibility for storm water, roads, <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />telephones, electrical service, Natural Gas service, parks or school <br /> <br />play fields or School yards. <br />
