Water resources yield <br /> <br />RECEIVED <br />MAY 3 1 1996 <br /> <br />A. Security's wells - 2570 acre ft/year <br /> <br />Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board <br /> <br />B, Fry-Ark water - 1646 acre ft/year <br /> <br />C. Purchases from other wells - 700 acre ft/year <br /> <br />TOTAL AVAILABLE/YEAR 4916 acre/ft <br /> <br />2. Water treatment <br /> <br />A. All well water is treated with chlorine at the well head. <br /> <br />B, All water from the Fry-Ark project is treated at the Fountain Valley <br /> <br />Pipe Line Water Treatment Plant. <br /> <br />3. Water storage capacity <br /> <br />A. (4) four ground level tanks and one elevated tank. <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />B, Total storage capacity, 7,350,000 gals, <br /> <br />4. Water usage in an average summer day is about 8,000,000 gals, <br /> <br />5. In an average year we produce and use about 3300 acre ft. <br /> <br />6, Average use by customer averages about .64 acre feet per year. <br /> <br />This calculates to about 200,000 gals. per year. This figure includes all <br /> <br />commercial and two industrial plants, <br /> <br />7. All water delivered to customer meets all state and federal standards. <br /> <br />8. Wastewater treatment plant: <br /> <br />A, Completely rebuilt and came on line in 1989 - State of the art design. <br /> <br />B. Capacity - 2.4 MGD <br /> <br />C. Current use is 1.5 MGD <br /> <br />D, Excess capacity is ,9 MGD <br /> <br />E. All waste water is gravity flow to the treatment plant. We do not <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />> <br /> <br />allow lift stations. <br />
