In camJing out the pro- <br /> <br />visions of this section, the Secretary shall not disclose <br /> <br /> <br />any information that is referred to in section 1905 of <br /> <br />title 18, United States Code, and is otherwise unavail- <br /> <br /> <br />able to the public, except that such information shall be <br /> <br />disclosed- <br /> <br />(A) to other Federal departments and agen- <br />cies for official use upon request; <br />(B) in any judicial proceeding under a court <br />order formulated to preserve the confidentiality of . <br />such information without impairing the proceed- <br /> <br />ing; and <br /> <br />(C) to the public if necessary to protect their <br />health and safety. <br />(c) AUTHORITY OFSECRETARY.-The Secretary may - . <br />require, by regulation, subpena, or otherwise, that any person <br />who conducts a weather modification activity shall maintain <br />and furnish records and other information related to such <br />activity.
