Proiect: Pundinl!: Schedule <br /> <br />a. GRANT Agreement: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />$4,200.00 <br /> <br />Initial grant payment to be made within thirty (30) days of the <br />date of execution of this contract by the State Controller or <br />his designee. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />$18,300.00 <br /> <br />In four (4) interim payments, in the amounts of $4,300, $1,000, <br />$11,200 and $1,800, reimbursing the Contractor for actual <br />expenditures made in the performance of this Contract. <br />Payments wilJ be based upon properly documented financial <br />and narrative status reports detailing expenditures made to <br />date. The four interim payments will be respectably distributed <br />by November 1, 1992; April 15, 1993; June 15, 1993; and <br />October 30, 1993. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />$2,500.00 <br /> <br />Final payment to be made only upon acceptance of Project <br />completion. The Contractor will submit a final financial <br />statement documenting the expenditure of all Grant funds for <br />which payment has been requested and a final narrative report <br />on the Project implementation and findings. <br /> <br />TOTAL <br /> <br />All requests for payment after the first payment will be initiated by the Contractor in accordance with the provisions in <br />Paragraph 6 of Ihe main body of Ihis Contract. <br /> <br />5. Contract Monitorinl!: <br /> <br />The Department of Natural Resources, Colorado Water Conservation Doard, will monitor the Project on an as- <br />needed basis. <br /> <br />6. ReoortiOI!: Schedule <br /> <br />The Contractor will submit financial and narrative status reports detailing Project progress and properly <br />documenting all to-date expenditures of Grant funds at the time each payment request is made, in accordance with <br />the payment schedule. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 Pages <br />
