The current rate
is $1.70/1000 gallons for up to 22,000 gallons and $2.12/1000 gallons for more than 22,000 gallons
of water used.

Future Implementations:
Since 100% of the District is metered, a water rate structure is an effective tool to encourage water
efficiency. Determining such a rate is difficult, as it must be an effective conservation tool and yet
not penalize homeowners.

The Willows will continue to utilize the increasing block rate arid monitor its eqectiveness.

13
