Measures that are currently <br />in place include providing information to the customers in the form of a Newslettersent out three <br />times a year, and the donation of books on conservation to the local library in 1993. <br /> <br />Future Implementations: <br />Measures to be implemented will expand on the current procedures. Willows Water District <br />will continue to disseminate information about water wise irrigation and xeriscaping. The District <br />is considering the development of a Web page to allow customer access to obtain information about <br />the Willows Water District system and water conservation. Additionally, the page may include an <br />electronic version of the Newsletter, the goals of Willows Water District, information on benefits of <br />retro fitting water fixtures in the house and public seminars sponsored by the District. Tips on how <br />the consumer can save with indoor and outdoor water use may also be included on the page. The <br />page may include other items which can be added at the time of implementation or as modifications <br />are made. <br /> <br />12 <br />
