32-1-207. Compliance

3 (2.5) (a) So far as they are consistent with the types of

4 services provided by the district, exercise of the following

powers are not material modifications of the service plan as

originally approved; except that approval shall be required

where the exercise of said powers is a change of a basic or

essential nature with regard to the service plan as originally
approved:
(I) The lease or sale of any renewable energy source
property and energy and water conservation property within the

district and any' act necessary or convenient to such lease or

sale and maintenance and service of such property;

(II) Any agreements with investors, owners, lessors,

15 sellers, and installers of renewable energy source property
16 and energy and water conservation property for the purposes of
17 the district, including, but not limited to, agreements to
18 raise private capital;
19 (III) The establishment of systems for the billing and
20 collecting of lease or loan payments for the acquisition,

21

installation,

or maintenance of renewable energy source

22 property and energy and water conservation property, whether

23 such acquisition, installation, or maintenance is provided by

24 the district or for the district pursuant to a written

25 agreement;
