The Colorado water conservation board is, hereby <br />authorized to expend not more than forty-five thousand dollars <br />,~($45,OOO) from the Colorado water eonservation board <br />eonstruction fund for' a groundwater reeharge demonstration <br />project in cooperation with the San ~uis valley conservancy <br />district. Sueh funds shall not be expended until the' board <br />has reaehed an agreement with the district coneerning the <br />purposes and results of the project and eoncerning <br />cost-sharing. <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />, <br />SECTION 10. Colorado river compact decision support <br />system. The Colorado water conservation board is he,:,eby <br />authorized to undertake the following toward development of a <br />comprehensive decision support system coneerning the Colorado <br />river compact: <br /> <br />(1) To develop capability to monitor and simulate <br />interstate Colorado river operations performed by the, federal <br />bureau of reclamation through its Colorado river simulation <br />system.
