In order to continue making payments for project costs, the Time for <br /> Performance needs to be extended again. By signing below, the Riversi e Reservoir & Land <br /> Company and the CWCB acknowledge that the new Time for Performce in Section 11 of <br /> Appendix 1 of the Loan Contract shall read: Seven (7) years from the ffective Date of the <br /> Contract.
