A perpetual easement for construction, operation, maintenance
and repair or reconstruction of a water transmission pipeline
of the Town of Meeker described as follows;
Commencing at Angle Point 1 of Tract 109 lying in Section 29 ,
Tied, R93W of the 6th P.M. ,County of Rio Blanco, State of
Colorado;
Thence N00°25' 19"E, 73. 73 feet more or less to a point on the
existing fence between parcels described in Book 267 Page 210
and Book 317 Page 93 lying in said Section 29 , sazlpoint being
the True Point of Beginning of said easement described as beings
25 feet on either side of the following described centerline ;
Thence S27°17 ' 21"E, 44 . 52 feet ;
Thence S06°49 ' 27"E, 338 . 68 feet ;
Thence S09°39 ' 01"E, 244 . 31 feet ;
Thence S30°42 ' 54"E, 904 . 66 feet to a point on the existing fence
between parcels described in Book 317 Page 93 and Book 286 Page
212 lying in Section 33 in said T1N, R93W, said point being the
point of terminus of said easement which bears S23°05 ' 34"E,
1435. 77 feet more or less from said Angle Point 1 of Tract 109
At all Points of Intersection the easement shall exist to the
limits of the easements extended to their intersections .
