RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE TOWN OF RICO, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Town of Rico entered into a Contract No.
57047, with the Colorado Water Conservation Board, and
WHEREAS, the purpose of that contract was to undertake
the construction of a domestic water system within the Town
of Rico, and
WHEREAS, said project has been completed and the Town
of Rico by said contract agreed to convey by deed or other
proper conveyance to the Colorado Water Conservation Board,
Department of Natural Resources, State of Colorado, certain
portions of the project facilities as hereinafter stated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE TOWN OF RICO, COLORADO, to convey in accordance with
the statutes and laws of the State of Colorado and in conformance
with that contract hereinbefore referenced, the following
facilities:
PERSONAL PROPERTY IN EXHIBITS A & B ATTACHED HERETO AND
INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, AND AN ASSIGNMENT OF
THE RIGHT TO GO UPON THE REAL PROPERTY STATED THEREIN.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD by the Board of Trustees of the Town
of Rico that pursuant to the aforereferenced contract and
the conveyance by the Town to the District, the Town shall
purchase aforereferenced facilities from the -4. 1L11ic «=a
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Rico proceed to p chase
aforereferenced system conveyed in the m 4hel f
described.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the
Town of Rico, in conformance with said contract, to:
1. Manage, operate and maintain the project system
continuously in an efficient and economical manner, and
assume all legal liability for such management, operation
and maintenance.
2. Make the services of said project available within
its capacity to all persons in the contractor's service area
