Commencing at Angle Point 3 of Tract 94 lying in Section 30 , T1N,
R93W of the 6th P.M. , County of Rio Blanco, State of Colorado ;
Thence N36°53' 53"W, 2201. 20 feet more or less to a point on
the existing fence between parcels described in Book 252 Page
462 and Book 316 Page 235 , said point being the True Point of
Beginning of said easement described as being 15 feet on either
side of the following described centerline ; r�`
Thence S75° 06 ' 146"E, 330 .76 feet ; l
Thence S77°21' 18"E, 337 . 91 feet ;
Thence 375°20 ' 14"E, 697 . 83 feet to a point on the existing fence
between parcels described in Book 316 Page 235 and Book 338
Page 167 lying in said Section 30 , said point being the point
of terminus of said easement which bears N00°06 ' 58"E, 11=.24 . 73
feet more or less from said Angle Point 3 of Tract 94
At all Points of Intersection the easement shall exist to the
limits of the easements extended to their intersections .
