Corridor Master Plan"would encompass the Greeley/Windsor Reach of the river and align existing <br /> studies,guides and plans into a single corridor and water activity planning tool. <br /> With the requested funding from the WSRA and the local match,Greeley staff developed a Request <br /> for Qualifications to solicit consultant proposals. Three consultants were interviewed by the Team <br /> and the firm ERO selected. <br /> PROJECT STAGES AND OUTCOMES <br /> The physical Poudre Greenway Corridor was confirmed and mapped with distinct reaches of the river <br /> individually categorized. Within that project boundary work was divided into three key tasks; <br /> outcomes from each portion of the project are summarized at the end of each task. Project <br /> deliverables and products are provided separately(DVD and via web link). <br /> TASK 1—INVENTORY <br /> Description of Task <br /> Inventory all relevant Cache la Poudre—related plans,studies, and projects <br /> Deliverable <br /> Collection of documents,source and date of material, purpose of document,summary <br /> of material and reach of river it pertained to. <br /> OUTCOMES: 160*reports,studies and documents were identified, collected, reviewed, <br /> categorized, mapped, and summarized using a common nomenclature for ease of <br /> reference and retrieval. <br /> *95 reports from Greeley,28 from Windsor,33 of Regional scope, and 4 originating <br /> from Weld County. <br /> TASK 2—MATRIX/DASHBOARD <br /> Description of Task <br /> Develop a master matrix/dashboard of the plans,studies&projects <br /> Deliverable <br /> Completed matrix/dashboard depicting Cache la Poudre work products, interface <br /> components,goals and objectives,and schedule of action steps by work area. <br /> OUTCOMES: <br /> ERO and Project Team meets with City of Greeley IT staff to discuss how to capture, map <br /> and share the info collected from Task I into a pubiically accessible system that can be <br /> sorted, grouped, mapped and shared. Ultimately, the information is collected for <br /> permanent archiving and retrieval in the City of Greeley laser fiche system and the <br /> corridor map is posted and maintained on the Greeley's website. The Greenway Corridor <br /> map displays each reach of the river with icons that allow the user to view all documents <br /> in the inventory that relate to that geographic stretch. <br /> 2 <br />
