Scoping for the EIS was conducted during 2004 <br /> and 2005. In 2005., the Corps completed an Antecedent Flood Study, concluding that 20,600 AF of addi- <br /> tional water supplies could be safely stored in the reservoir without compromising the flood control purposes <br /> of the dam. The Preliminary Draft EIS (PDEIS) should be available for review by the cooperating agencies, <br /> including the 15 water entities, in early 2008. A Draft EIS (DEIS) for public comment should be available <br /> by spring/summer 2008, with a Final EIS (FEIS)published by the end of 2008. The Corps currently <br /> anticipates the final Record of Decision(ROD)will be available in February 2009.
