I am pleased to inform you that the State of Colorado has authorized a purchase order through the
Colorado Water Conservation Board on January 2, 2008, for the Chatfield Reallocation
Management Document preparations. I have included a copy of the purchase order and the
associated contract documents. I have also attached an example of the"Request for Payment"when
it is time for disbursements of funds.
