shall submit the proposed Findings of Fact and Recommendation to the Applicant and post them <br /> on the CWCB website within thirty (30) days of the Application Receipt Date. <br /> RULE 9. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> The Applicant and any person wishing to comment on the proposed Findings of Fact and <br /> Recommendation shall submit comments in writing to the Staff within fifty (50) days of the <br /> Application Receipt Date. The Staff shall consider the Applicant's and the public's comment <br /> and may revise the proposed Findings of Fact and Recommendation based on those comments. <br /> Staff shall re-post the revised the proposed Findings of Fact and Recommendation within sixty <br /> four(64) days of the Application <br /> RULE 10. REQUEST FOR A HEARING <br /> The Applicant, any Party, or any Board member may request that the Board hold a public <br /> hearing to consider an Application. Such requests must be submitted in writing and received at <br /> the Board office within eighty-eight (88) days after the Application Receipt Date. If no such <br /> request is made within the eighty-eight day time frame, the Board shall consider the Application <br /> at a regularly scheduled meeting. <br /> RULE 11. REARING PROCEDURES <br /> If a public hearing is requested pursuant to Rule 10, the Director shall appoint a Hearing <br /> Coordinator to set the date of the hearing(s) and establish procedures for the hearing. <br /> a. The Hearing Coordinator shall, in consultation with the Applicant, determine the date and <br /> location of the Public Hearing. <br /> b. The Board shall mail a notice of the Public Hearing to the Applicant and all Parties. Such <br /> notice shall be mailed at least 14 days prior to the hearing date. <br /> 5 <br />
