Fork of the Piedra. The South Peak Ditch then flows into the <br /> combined ditches. There is no separate measurement of Peak ditch flows. <br /> • Born's Lake is an important water right <br /> C(8) ACTIVE WATER COURT CASES <br /> • 04 CW97 - Change case for Boot Jack Ranch- may effect West Fork River values. <br /> • In case 04 CW97, David Brown(Koinoina, LLC) applied for new water rights, changes of <br /> use of water rights, dry up of irrigated land, gravel pit rights and storage rights. The CWCB <br /> is an objector because of the West Fork ISF's. <br /> • Scott Brinton is checking whether there is a second case <br /> C(9) ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> • David Brown may be seeking to construct a lodge complex at the Inn-of-the pass area of <br /> Boot Jack Ranch and 14 more houses/guest cabins to be served by the Boot Jack central <br /> water system. <br /> • Future development could be significant if Red McCombs were to purchase Boot Jack and <br /> the conservation easements in place were not too restrictive or were removed. <br /> • Oil & gas development potential <br /> C(1O) ACTIVITIES REQUIRING PERMITS <br /> • Grazing permits for cattle. (PAWSD may share ownership of reservoir rights with <br /> another entity.) Reservoir on private land but may inundate some USFS and/or David <br /> Brown land(Reservoir decreed size= AF) <br /> • PAWSD told SWSI 1177 committee its preference was to develop Dry Gulch, not West <br /> Fork site as the last feasible site". West Fork, therefore,may be developed for purposes <br /> 4 <br />
