WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed said <br /> revised information and data and does hereby recommend to the <br /> Colorado Water Conservation Board that the Board rescind that <br /> portion of Resolution Number 1, adopted December 13, 1967, for <br /> Clear Creek and designate and approve as floodplain areas those <br /> areas inundated by a 100-year flood (intermediate regional flood) <br /> as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in <br /> said new report for Clear Creek; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br /> Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br /> this 30th day of January, 1980, that it does hereby rescind that <br /> portion of Resolution Number 1, adopted December 13, 1967, for <br /> Clear Creek, and does hereby designate and approve as floodplain <br /> areas those areas described as being inundated by a 100-year flood <br /> as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in <br /> said new report for Clear Creek; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board <br /> ' is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br /> City of Golden, the City of Wheat Ridge, the City of Arvada, the <br /> Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, the City and <br /> County of Denver, the Board of County Commissioners of Adams County, <br /> and the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District. <br /> C E R T I F I C A T E <br /> I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy <br /> of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br /> Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br /> Denver, Colorado, on the 30th day of January, 1980, at which a <br /> quorum was present. <br /> J.
