NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br /> Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, <br /> Colorado, this 30th day of January, 1980, that it does hereby <br /> rescind Reaches 1 and 2 of Resolution Number 82, adopted Novem- <br /> ber 15, 1977; does hereby designate and approve as floodplain <br /> areas those areas inundated by a 100-year flood as described <br /> by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in the flood <br /> insurance report for Reaches 1 and 2 for the South Platte River, <br /> the U. S. Highway 34 Levee Overflow Channel, Sheep Draw, Eaton <br /> Draw, the Tri-Area Drainageway, and the Tri-Area Drainageway <br /> Overflow Channel; and does hereby recognize the flood-prone areas <br /> (Zone A) as areas of identified flood hazard; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board <br /> is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br /> Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, the Town of Eaton, <br /> and the Federal Insurance Administration. <br /> C E R T I F I C A T E <br /> I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy <br /> of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br /> Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br /> Denver, Colorado, on the 30th day of January, 1980, at which a <br /> quorum was present. <br /> J.
