(ERT) , to study a satellite <br /> monitoring system for stream gaging stations in Colorado. A -h: <br /> report entitled "Feasibility Study of Future Satellite Monitoring <br /> Systems and Services" (February, 1983 ) has now been completed by `'�_']�t' <br /> ERT. wP <br /> The Authority, in a letter from Ival Gosi.in (copy attached) , <br /> has requested that the Board review this study. The statutory <br /> provisions which govern this review process are set forth in <br /> section 37-95-107 ( 1 ) and (4) , CRS 1973, as amended : <br /> ( 1 ) Before any proposed project can receive <br /> consideration for funding by the Authority, <br /> the Colorado Water Conservation Board must <br /> first review the feasibility study of any <br /> such proposed project, and the General <br /> Assembly must authorize the Authority to <br /> proceed to consider any proposed project. <br /> (4 ) Upon receipt of a feasibility study by <br /> the Colorado Water Conservation Board, said <br /> Board shall review such study and forward the <br /> study to the General Assembly together with <br /> its recommendation as to whether or not the <br /> proposed project should be authorized by the <br /> General Assembly. <br /> 119a <br /> (over) ai/12 <br /> John R.Fetcher,Chairman-Herbert H.Vandemoer,Vice Chairman <br /> C.M.Furneaux,Floyd L.Getz,Dale F.Grant,Robert A.Jackson,Richard W.Johnston,Jr.,Frederick V.Kroeger,David W.Robbins <br />
