Statutory 2/14/85 <br /> Reference <br /> 24-4-103 The primary statutory authority for this regulation is 33-1-101, <br /> (4) -104, -106, and -108; Article 2 of Title 3 and in particular <br /> section 33-2-107, and sections 33-6-107, -109 and -120, C.R.S. <br /> (1984). Additional statutory authority may be found in section <br /> 33-1-102, C.R.S. (1984). Statutory references in the margins of <br /> these regulations are for convenience only and are not intended <br /> to reference all statutory authority which authorizes the <br /> Commission's adoptidn of any particular provisions. <br /> 33-6-103 VIOLATION-PENALTY. Any person who violates any <br /> 33-6-104 these regulations shall be subject to the penalties vasl set oforth <br /> in Title 33 C.R.S.
