John and I <br /> 4 have discussed informally and sort of a guess about when a draft report will be due and our <br /> 5 estimates are nothing more than guesses, but maybe January or February. <br /> 6 CHAIRMAN COOLEY: Thank you, sir. <br /> 7 The next item on the agenda is Kansas Resolution regarding collection and <br /> 8 preservation of data. Was some of this resolution rendered mute by the committee action last <br /> 9 night? <br /> 10 MR. HAYZLETT: I think it was... <br /> 11 CHAIRMAN COOLEY: Let me comment that it appeared to me that there was a <br /> 11112 significant degree of accommodation by both States on the exchange of data on the kind of <br /> 13 working arrangement that might be better than a formal resolution, and I would also think that it <br /> 14 would not be requisite that the resolution be made a part of the record of this meeting, unless you <br /> 15 wished it to be. <br /> 16 (Some inaudible discussion) <br /> 17 CHAIRMAN COOLEY: I think that progress is more fun than paper.
